- in a good state of repair and will always be maintained as such
in an area that is free from flooding and has never suffered from flooding
The buildings of your home: - are free from signs of damage due to subsidence, heave or landslip (such as external or internal cracks)
- have never suffered from subsidence, heave or landslip and have never been monitored for such
- are not in an area where there has been or is evidence of subsidence, heave or landslip.
- There are no trees or shrubs within 5 metres (17 feet) of your home (whether on or off your premises) which are more than 3 metres (10 feet) tall.
